We aim to please, but if any of our non-personalized items purchased fail to meet your expectations, please read our return and exchange policy.
Items that have been personalized are non-refundable. All gold items are non-refundable.
All non-personalized silver items and gemstones may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of your receiving your order by first obtaining a return authorization number (RA).
1. Send an e-mail to email@example.com to request an RA number. Please tell us the "whats" and "whys" of the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. If you'd like an exchange please let us know which new item(s) you would like so we can note them on your account and begin to prepare them for you. We will reply with your RA number.
2. Pack your pieces in a HARD SIDED BOX! We recommend USPS priority mail, it's fast, reasonably priced and you can get a free box at the post office. Though we find this method very reliable we recommend insuring your package as Heart & Stone cannot accept responsibility for items not received or damaged in transit.

4. We will take care of the rest. If you requested a refund allow 2 weeks from your return date for your account to be credited. If you requested an exchange we will ship your new items as soon as possible. If the new item is a lesser amount than the item you are returning we will credit the difference to your credit card. If the new item is the same or more any difference plus $7.50 shipping will be charged to the credit card on which your order was originally placed. We will contact you if we need to make other arrangements for payment.
